Family gets second mortgage with the help of the Canadian Funding Corporation

A family from Sudbury, Ontario was issued ,000 by the Canadian Funding Corporation as a second mortgage at 68% loan to value. This allowed the family to reinstate their pay up their municipal taxes, reinstate their primary mortgage, and get back on their feet financially. 

Canadian Funding Corporation’s President, Moishe Alexander, took the lead when he noticed that the family had fallen back on municipal tax payments, and was unable to obtain funds from a bank for their mortgage. The timely intervention of CFC helped the family from Ontario start their financial life afresh.
